Do I have to be 18 to buy from The Vape Shop?
Yes. All customers must confirm they are 18 or older on entry to the site, and ID is verified at delivery.
Which nicotine strength should I choose?

How long does delivery take?
Main centres 1–3 working days, outlying areas 3–5. R100 flat rate, free over R1 000.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every product is sourced from authorised distributors or directly from the brand.
Do you pay excise?
Yes. All nicotine e-liquid and disposables carry SARS excise duty. We do not sell grey-market stock.
Can I return an opened e-liquid?
No — opened e-liquid is not returnable for hygiene reasons. Unopened stock is returnable within 7 days.
How do I pay?
Card, EFT, and instant EFT via Shopify Checkout. We do not store card details.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Standard couriers deliver Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is available in select areas at checkout.
