Excise duty compliance
All nicotine-containing e-liquid and disposable products sold on this site are sourced from SARS-registered manufacturers, importers, and wholesalers. Excise duty on nicotine-containing e-liquid is levied under the Customs and Excise Act. We do not sell excise-evaded or grey-market stock.

We process personal information (name, address, email, order history) only for the purposes of fulfilling your order, providing customer support, and — with your explicit opt-in — sending marketing communications. Returns policy summary
Unopened, unused stock is returnable within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping. For hygiene reasons, opened e-liquid, opened disposables, and used devices are not returnable. Terms of sale
By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older, that all information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these terms. Prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT. Delivery lead times are estimates and depend on courier performance. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund.
