The Vape Shop ("we", "us") processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect
Name, delivery address, email, phone number, order history, and (with opt-in) marketing preferences. We collect payment information via Shopify Checkout; we do not store card details on our servers.
Why we process it
To fulfil your order, provide customer support, comply with tax and excise laws, and — only with your opt-in — send marketing about restocks, new products, and offers.
Who we share it with
Couriers (to deliver your order), payment processors (to complete payment), Shopify (as our platform provider), and no one else.
How long we keep it
Order records: 7 years (SARS requirement). Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe. Support tickets: 3 years.
Your rights
