Change of mind (7 days)
Unopened, unused stock is returnable within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost; refund is processed within 5 working days of receipt in original condition.
What we can't accept back
Opened e-liquid. Opened or used disposables. Devices that have been fired. Batteries or coils that have been used. This is a hygiene and consumer-safety requirement.
Faulty products
Devices under manufacturer warranty (typically 6–12 months) can be sent back for repair or replacement. Coils and disposables are consumables and not subject to warranty except for genuine manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the packaging and product on arrival and email hello@thevapeshop.co.za within 24 hours. We will lodge a claim with the courier and dispatch a replacement.
How to start a return
Email hello@thevapeshop.co.za with your order number and reason. We will confirm and send return instructions.
